About Yvonne Stiles
Dr. Yvonne Stiles, ND is a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine practicing in Toronto, Etobicoke and Mississauga since 2006. She currently practices from her office just east of High Park, close to Roncesvalles in Toronto. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Dr. Yvonne studied Mechanical Engineering at Queen’s University, and naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. As an engineer, she pursued her medical interests working for GE Healthcare. Recognizing the many paths to optimal health, she was inspired to become a Naturopathic Doctor. As an ND, Dr. Yvonne has been fortunate to combine her passions: problem-solving and supporting individuals to optimize their health and wellbeing. She values the collaboration of healthcare providers and has worked in cooperative settings with medical doctors, osteopaths, and massage therapists.
Dr. Yvonne Stiles promotes and aims to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She has volunteered as an instructor and speaker at the Kingsway, Port Credit and Square One Running Rooms. She also lectures for various community and corporate and non-profit organizations and was the onsite Naturopathic Doctor at Diageo Canada. She has also instructed anatomy and physiology at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Dr. Yvonne is passionate about growth, learning and healing. Having taken many courses, including her master’s level in NLP, she considers herself privileged to be continually learning through teachings and insights from mentors as well as experience with patients. She is a mother of 2 boys who are her biggest teachers.
