About Tracey Folkard
Tracey Folkard is a licensed naturopathic doctor. She received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Waterloo in health studies and statistics. Her background in research allows her to accurately assess new studies and keeps her up-to date with new products and trends. After university Tracey graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she received the Dr. John Bastyr award for the top student in botanical medicine. Tracey continues her studies after graduating and has since received licencing in Bowen therapy, parenteral (IV) therapy, ozone therapy, mesotherapy and two certificates for laser therapy (IPL and LILT therapy). Recently she has undergone extensive training in the Nutrisvelt weightloss program and the Healthy Active Program.
New for 2011!!!!! Tracey has once again upgraded her skills to serve the Sault Ste Marie area better. Upgraded ultrasound cavitalyse system for effective long-term fat loss. Skin needling and new needless mesotherapy (hyluronic acid injections) for joint repair and cosmetic fillers. Coming in July/2011 sclerotherapy or saline injections to remove unwanted varcose/spider veins. The fall will bring a state of the halotherapy treatment room/capsule to treat those suffering with asthma, allergies, acne, psoriasis, and kill off resistant bacteria, viruses and mycotoxins. Halotherapy also improves oxygenation of the tissues and stimulates gentle detoxification leaving you feeling refreshed, energized and not weighted down by toxic sludge.
