About Sinnoi Skaken
Dr. Skaken graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 1988. His post-graduate training featured electro-acupuncture, Bio-Electronics, and MORA Therapy and Application.
Associations: Dr. Skaken is a member in good standing of the College of Naturopathic Doctors Alberta, as well as the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, in which he received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Dr. Skaken hails from a 4-generation line of Naturopathic practitioners starting with his great grandmother in Romania. Growing up in a medical family he had the privilege to observe his grandfather and father in practice. As a young man he was impressed by the success they had to bring a patient back to wellness by treating the whole body with many different modalities such as: Botanical medicine, Homeopathy, diet/nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Massage & manipulation, to mention a few.
