About Sherisse O'Leary
Dr. Sherisse OLeary ND
I am Sherisse OLeary, Naturopathic Doctor, Food Coach, and Parent Educator. I support healthy family lifestyles through a step-by-step approach to nutrition, home cooking, and family wellness.
Trained at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, and now a mom of two young children, I take a special interest in the challenges of young families, including peri-natal support, vaccination consultations, common childhood illnesses and health concerns, food introduction, parenting strategies, stress and sleep support, and transition support.
I do this through one-on-one consultations, group and individual education, meal planning and cooking tutorials. My favourite tools are dietary interventions, emotional & lifestyle counselling, herbal and supplementary support when necessary, hydrotherapy and traditional healing.
I believe that the best route to sustainable family health is by making reasonable and achievable goals, empowering patients to heal themselves and their families, and honoring tradition, real food, and wholism. Join me on your journey toward optimal family health!
