About Sharon Hannaford
I feel privileged to be a Naturopathic Doctor. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I am able to take the time to work closely with patients as we consider the body, mind and spirit and work towards improving your health and well-being.
Having grown-up in a family that valued nutrition, and had a family ND, I witnessed from an early age the positive impact of prevention and valuing one’s health.
Prior to graduating from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), I obtained my Honours Psychology degree from Huron University College, The University of Western Ontario. In addition, I completed a M.Ed (Counselling Psychology) from The University of Western Ontario. On completion of CCNM, I passed the professional Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Exams (NPLEX) administered by the North American Board of Examiners and provincial examinations before establishing a private practice.
In addition, I am a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
