About Sharleen Hawco

Environmental Health and Naturopathic Medicine. I believe that achieving optimal health begins with clean air, clean water, and clean food. Dr. Sharleen Hawco, ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the accredited Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2008.

Dr. Hawco also holds a bachelor of science in biology from Carleton University. In 2009 she completed advanced training in Environmental Medicine (with Dr. Walter Crinnion). Dr. Hawco has a focus on Environmental Medicine, Non-Toxic Living, and creating Non-Toxic home environments. She believes that achieving optimal health begins with clean air, clean water, and clean food and that our health is inseparable from our environment.

This site started off as a blog promoting healthy living and sharing learnings from the naturopathic and environmental, medical fields in 2008.
