Why I love my job
I love teaching others about how they can lead a healthier life. Fortunately, I’ve found a career that offers me the privilege of doing that every single day. I truly believe that everyone has the potential to lead a healthier life. My goal is to educate and empower you to make the necessary diet and lifestyle changes that will allow you to be your healthiest self. Achieving health is a lifelong journey, not a destination. I’m here to help people who are ready and willing to take the first step towards health, be it a baby step or a giant leap!
The Art of Living
Outside of my work, I can be found enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, walking with my son Théo, practicing yoga, and in my kitchen testing out new recipes (mostly Paleo and gluten-free these days). All in all, I strive to find balance and lead my life in a way that reflects the healthy living principles that I promote in my work.
