About Sarah D'Alessio
Dr. Sarah D’Alessio, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and co-owner of the NNIHC. Through Naturopathic medicine, she seeks to empower her patients and through nourishment of mind and body, helps her patients reach their health and wellness goals. She incorporates the art of Naturopathic modalities and evidence-based medicine to provide individualized care to all her patients.
Dr. D’Alessio, ND completed her undergraduate degree at Western University, where she received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a special interest in Microbiology and Immunology. She then completed four years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, achieving her designation of ND, and completing over 4,500 hours study in the basic medical sciences and naturopathic modalities, as well as 1,500 hours of clinical experience. Dr. D’Alessio, ND is board certified by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Individualized treatments can include diet and lifestyle modification, clinical nutrition, nutraceutical and supplement support, botanical medicine, detoxification and biotherapeutic drainage, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
