About Sanda Langer
Sanda Langer is a naturopathic doctor (ND) and functional medicine practitioner in Toronto. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) with a Bachelor of Arts in languages.
Sanda is also a certified Bowen practitioner with extensive experience.
Sanda’s mission is to help and inspire people to optimize their health, and restore function through a naturopathic and functional approach.
Sanda had developed an interest for pain management and sports-related injuries before she became a naturopathic doctor, while treating her clients with Bowen therapy. Having been involved in competitive sports growing up, she understands the mind of athletes and their desire to heal and recover as quick as possible, and get back to their sport. She complemented that with strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and acupuncture, which now give her a very good understanding of pain management and sports therapy.
During her clinical rotations, both at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto and the Brampton Civic Hospital, Sanda realized she wanted to know more about WHY patients were suffering from digestive concerns, fatigue and insomnia, endocrine disorders and weight-related concerns. So she dug deep and refined her skills in these areas, in addition to taking advanced courses in Functional Medicine.
Sanda is also a strong believer in constant and never-ending improvement and knows that we can improve our lives through prevention, by making small changes in our daily lives.
