MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a health care system that promotes health and well being by incorporating the principles of naturopathic medicine through diagnoses, assessment and treatment of the whole person with the purpose of restoring and maintaining optimum health. To educate and empower clients with the ability to support their own optimum health. Methods include botanical, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, traditional oriental medicines, homeopathy, physical and sports medicine.
Trudy Strasser worked fifteen years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in various hospitals in Alberta. After an accident resulting in a temporary concussion, Trudy became a patient in the traditional medical system. She was finally given a diagnosis after a year of consulting with many specialists, but symptoms persisted. Trudy sought alternative therapies which truly worked in evoking healing and effecting a permanent improvement in the quality of her life - an experience that convinced her to devote her life work toward helping and educating others to achieve the best health possible.
Trudy believes in and uses an integrated approach to medicine, combining her medical laboratory knowledge with alternative therapies. Her goal is to empower people to make healthy choices about their inherent self-healing process. If you have a chronic problem which has not been helped by conventional medicine, Naturopathic Medicine may have natural solutions to help you reach optimal heath.
