About Rong Xin
Rong is a licensed and registered naturopathic doctor who received her four-year medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), Canada's only accredited institution. This is her second post-graduate degree, as she began her studies in China, where she enrolled in a 5-year program and received a degree in medical science from China Medical University. She went on to work in an integrated hospital for 7 years. This gave her valuable exposure to both Conventional and Traditional Chinese medical practices. Rong conducted two years of cancer research at the Pathology Department of Health Science Center, St. John's, Newfoundland before enrolling in full-time study at the CCNM in Toronto.
Rong is now practicing in Toronto. With her sound knowledge and valuable practical experience of conventional and naturopathic medicine, Rong assists her patients in uncovering the underlying causes of their illness and is committed to supporting the body's innate ability to heal. In her practice, she incorporates a full spectrum of western and eastern naturopathic therapies, which respect the connection among the body, mind, and spirit.
