About Robyn Land
Embracing the naturopathic tenant to “treat the whole person,” I combine evidenced-based medicine with the art and wisdom of traditional medicine to empower my patients to achieve their fullest health potential. I create holistic treatment plans to restore, rejuvenate and optimize your health.
I consider myself a “general practitioner” of naturopathic medicine, seeing patients from newborns, right through to seniors. For many people, the busyness of their lives impacts their health and leads them away from being the active, adventuresome person they want to be. I enjoy helping each person get back to a place were they are happy, healthy and able to do the things they are passionate about.
I believe education is key in health and wellness and value being able to share my knowledge with others, while always striving to increase my own depth of knowledge. I am a faculty member in the Physical Medicine Department at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, the Program Director and Head Facilitator of ProHealth Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a yoga teacher. I am also the author of “The Evidence-Based Yoga Book,” a comprehensive look at yoga, anatomy and movement. In my down time, I try to get outside as much as I can with my husband, our daughter and our “fur baby,” Tanah.
I look forward to meeting you soon and working with you on your journey to optimal health!
