The first step in your healing journey is determining the root cause as well as the barriers to healing. Together we go through a detailed health history as well as detailing your day to day experiences and lifestyle. The body, mind and soul are interconnected and it is my job (with your help) to try and get to the root of your concerns. I believe that a combination of conventional and complementary medicine is the medicine of the future. I also believe that the patient plays the most vital role in this journey towards healing and health.
