About Rebecca Cannon
Dr. Rebecca Cannon is a fourth-generation Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, wife, and mother to four daughters.
As the fourth generation of naturopathic doctors in her family, Dr. Rebecca bases her practice on a strong foundation of knowledge and conviction. Her great-grandfather practiced naturopathic medicine in Toronto, her grandfather practiced in Orillia, and her father practiced at the Ayr Natural Health Centre in Ayr, Ontario, until his retirement.
Dr. Cannon has practised in the town of Elmira since 2000. As the first woman to practice Naturopathic Medicine in her family, she has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics.
Dr. Rebecca completed her undergraduate education in psychology and pre-med sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University and then continued to complete a 4-year graduate program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
