About Nicole Krapp
Dr. Nicole Krapp uses an holistic approach to health that empowers patients to have control over their own overall well-being. She treats the root cause of illness by using safe and effective natural therapies that stimulate the body's own healing capabilities. She works with the patient to Re-find Health and Discover Life!
Dr. Nicole Krapp graduated in 2010 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) with the Governors' Award of Excellence for top academic achievement in her class. CCNM provides extensive training in biological science including biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and laboratory diagnosis as well as comprehensive training in naturopathic modalities with focus on nutrition, botanicals, acupuncture, homeopathy, manipulation, and physical medicine. The program also includes one year of internship at the Robert Shad Naturopathic Clinic where Nicole worked with many experienced NDs and treated a wide array of medical concerns. Nicole also opted to do a month of externship with Dr. Conyette at his offices in Winnipeg and Brandon where she became more familiar with the health needs of fellow Manitobans.
Shortly after completing school in Toronto she began further training in microscopic blood analysis to assist in identifying health concerns that need more attention and create a visual of the current biological terrain of the patient. This is used as a guide for further naturopathic treatment.
Nicole also completed training in intravenous/parenteral therapy with Dr. Paul Saunders PhD, ND, DHANP. This therapy involves intravenous administration of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other natural substances to treat illnesses including cancer, chronic fatigue, diabetes and cardiovascular disease among others. She has furthered her intravenous training with chelation which has been used for the removal of heavy metals as well as for cardiovascular related disorders.
Nicole believes in the importance of constantly striving to increase her knowledge in natural therapies in order to provide patients with the best care possible.
Nicole is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Manitoba Naturopathic Association.
