About Nicola Kempinska
Dr. Kempinska is a Board-certified Naturopathic Doctor, a leading authority on Anti-Aging & Longevity Medicine, and a proud member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She has taken numerous courses to advance her knowledge and has received special certifications in Intravenous Nutrient Therapy, Mesotherapy & Injection Therapy for Anti-Aging & Pain Management, First Line Therapy Weight Management, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, and specialized, leading-edge laboratory testing for better diagnostics & health.
Dr. Kempinska completed a four-year degree in Kinesiology and sequential second degree in Gerontology from McMaster University, Ontario Canada, with the aim of applying the study of the human body and mind to Anti-Aging & Longevity medicine.
She went on to graduate from the four-year medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. During her time at CCNM, she had the privilege of traveling to Central America to work with Natural Doctors International, treating and educating the residents of Ometepe Island, Nicaragua. Dr. Kempinska was also selected to complete a Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine specialty program during her clinical internship at CCNM.
Dr. Kempinska often works alongside MD’s, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and other health professionals for an effective, integrative approach to each patient’s wellbeing.
