About Nathalie Cuvillier
A nurse since 1997, she worked in various hospital services in France, Switzerland and Cameroon, before landing in Quebec in 2001.
His spiritual life opens up and leads him to become a Master REIKI then to walk on the path of Native American beauty and to follow several trainings in the field of herbalism, reflexology, Bach flowers and essential oils.
After several years of discovery and interest in palliative care, her journey invites her to explore the other passage: birth.
In 2011, she began training as a birth attendant with Mère et Monde, then a perinatal course program at UQAR to discover that prenatal yoga called her. In 2013, she completed her certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Center Le Lotus and in 2014, her specialization in prenatal and postnatal yoga with Denyse Laurendeau, founder of La Chrysalide in Quebec.
In 2014, she began to teach yoga at the SAPAS center, Ondes de vie.
In 2015, she enriched her yogic practice with yoga nidrâ (method of relaxation of the physical, emotional and mental body) and offered meditation classes based on the teachings of the integrated meditation school of Quebec.
In 2016, she led visualization workshops for people with cancer in collaboration with the Canadian Cancer Society.
In 2019, she trained in Yin Yoga with Albert Bissada, to explore the postures, the body in a dimension of depth and inner consciousness. She discovers the tools of Access Consciousness and opens her field of energetic practice in order to contribute even more to your well-being. She explores the path of possibilities in consciousness with joy!
Throughout this journey, she continues to practice as a nurse in different settings. To radiate its essence without definition… and to offer yourself the possibility of consciously facilitating your journey in order to reconnect with your power of being infinite.
