About Michael Frosina
Dr Frosina is a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor who believes that every person is unique and therefore every case should be treated differently regardless of the diagnosis. Dr. Frosina knows that it is important for you to ultimately take responsibility for your own health. He will work with you to identify and reduce the factors in your life that have a negative impact on your health in addition to adopting healthy lifestyle habits. You become an active participant in your own health care and gain the knowledge and power to be well naturally.
Dr. Frosina is a graduate of the four-year, full-time medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). In his final year of the program, Dr. Frosina completed a 12 month internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic as well as four months at the Parkdale Community Health Centre, a walk-in clinic for lower income families in Toronto. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Frosina is a board certified practitioner of parenteral therapy and has completed advanced training courses in I.V. therapy and Mesotherapy (injection therapy). He has also undergone additional training in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture and is a certified practitioner of Wilsons Temperature Syndrome.
Dr. Frosina is a member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and is licensed through the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy Naturopathy (BDDT-N).
