About Mandana Edalati
Dr. Mandana Edalati, ND, HMC
Winner of the Best of Canada Awards 2012:
Most Recommended Naturopath in Vancouver, BC
I have always believed that maintaining a balanced life is the key to living a fulfilling authentic life. A bud grows into a beautiful flower effortlessly and harmoniously, it does not grow well if there is too much sunlight or too little water but with just the balanced amount of each. Too much stress, too little sleep, poor nutrition and bad eating habits are among many factors that contribute to disruption of our internal balances on physical, emotional and spiritual spheres which eventually manifests as dis-ease. Awareness of these factors is the first step, and the subsequent correction of these imbalances is the key to restoring health.
I am passionate about helping people achieve their optimal health. Improving health and regaining vitality does not have to be a painful process. It is the small positive steps that you take every day for your health that positively impact your health in a big way. Over the years, I have had the privilege to witness some great transformations in my patients, from feeling ill and weak to living a vital balanced life.
My goal is to always provide you with the right guidance and tools to help you reach your optimum health on a physical, mental as well as spiritual level. Your body does the rest. The body has an incredible ability to heal itself and reestablish its balance when provided with the needed support.
My intention is to empower and provide you with the knowledge essential for healthy living and disease prevention. Remember your greatest wealth is your health; make your health your priority. I look forward to guiding you in your path to better health and a more joyous authentic life.
