About Lyette Cousineau
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of natural health, graduated from Cenab, the naturopathic school of Christian Limoges. Health has always been at the center of my convictions and I raised my 3 children with the basic principles of a life rich in health and vitality, through healthy and natural food!
I work as a naturopathic consultant and I constantly train myself in different areas of health in order to give my clients the best tools. Over the years, I have also developed workshops on diet, detox groups, various conferences. I consider myself a healthy lifestyle educator!
My ability to help people on their journey to optimal health has certainly become my passion. Through listening, empathy and my knowledge, I want to transmit my knowledge to my clients to help them achieve their health goals.
