About Loren Kozak
As naturopathic physicians, we work with a person's own innate healing potential to help them overcome imbalances which, over time, can lead to dis-ease. This means digging deeper, identifying the contributing factors and removing those barriers to health and optimal wellness. Correction of the root cause of a problem will give way to a profound and lasting transformation in one's health and life.
My medical training began in 1976 at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and continued at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I graduated in 1984 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine. I am also a certified Master instructor of the Institute for Human Individuality (MIFHI) which incorporates blood type research and epigenetics. I am the first certified practitioner in Canada for nutrigenomic analysis using Opus 23.
As a pioneer in the Naturopathic medical field with over 35 years clinical experience, it is clear that a personalized diet and nutritional regimen, based on an individual's unique biochemistry and genetics, are the foundation for optimal health. I have an interest is sports medicine and cancer therapy. I am an avid cross-country skier and have been an active rugby enthusiast, still playing and coaching, for over 40 years.
