About Lindsey Walker
Dr. Lindsey Walker is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), the only accredited post-graduate program dedicated to the education of licensed NDs in Canada. Prior to her naturopathic medical studies, Dr. Walker attended Dalhousie University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Dr. Walker is a registered Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, licensed to practice in Ontario. She maintains a general family practice, providing pediatric through geriatric care. While her clinical interests are broad and varied, Dr. Walkers practice focuses on several areas. These include yet are not limited to: Womens Health with an emphasis on menopause, fertility, peri and post natal health and pregnancy support; Pediatrics with an emphasis on allergies, asthma, skin conditions, attention disorders and behavioral disturbances; Gastrointestinal Health including inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome and celiac disease; Endocrine Dysfunction with emphasis on thyroid, adrenal and reproductive organ function; Cardiovascular Health including elevated cholesterol, hypertension and heart disease prevention; Pain Management notably chronic pain and pain associated with osteo and rheumatoid arthritis; Mental Health including anxiety disorders, depression, addiction and stress; Depressed Immune System Function with recurrent infections, colds or low energy; Dermatology with an emphasis on psoriasis, acne, eczema and cosmetic acupuncture for facial rejuvenation; Weight Management, Diabetes Dietary Counseling and Primary Prevention.
