About Lana McMurrer
Dr. Lana McMurrer, N.D is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. Dr. McMurrer, a native Islander born and raised in Stratford, graduated from U.P.E.I. in 1998. Always interested in nutrition and good health practices, Lana decided a career in naturopathy would give her the opportunity to help people achieve optimal health. In 2006, she received a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and is licensed through NPLEX.
Dr. McMurrer is also a co-host of Au Natural a health show on EastLink Television in its 7th season. Dr. McMurrer maintains a general family practice which includes pediatrics to geriatrics. She uses a wide variety of therapies to treat the cause of disease, personalizing each treatment plan. Dr. McMurrer also has a keen interest in fertility. Lana and her husband Steve have two beautiful children, Phoebe and Clive.
