Kristina has a keen interest in women’s health, fertility, hormone balancing, digestive issues, depression, anxiety and trauma. As a Naturopathic Doctor, Kristina’s goal is to treat the whole person, while addressing the root cause of disharmony within the individual. She does this by exploring the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person’s health. Kristina uses acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathic remedies and nutritional and life style counselling, medical intuition and somatic experiencing in a holistic approach to health. Her goal is to work with people and to help guide and empower them to live a more balanced and healthier life.
