"I am a detective! I look at everything that’s going on with your overall well-being. It helps me to create the spider web that is your body. I want to find the underlying cause; it may not be only one thing, but it is my job to help guide you to remove the obstacles that prevent you from being the healthiest version of yourself.
I call myself a ‘realistic ND’. We all have our own unique wants, needs, likes, and dislikes. I want to collaborate with you to create a plan that you can realistically follow long-term. This enables us to create lifelong health for you, rather than just temporary relief from symptoms. In this way, Naturopathic Medicine can transform an entire life.
I keep myself up-to-date with changes in the field by regularly attending conferences, reading research papers, and watching webinars. This knowledge enables me to practice evidence-based medicine. Additionally, I have been a clinical supervisor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in the Student Medical Clinic since 2012. I also teach advanced clinical nutrition at the college."
