About Krista Ingram
Naturopathic doctor Krista Ingram, BSc, ND, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ont., in 2006. Prior to her naturopathic training, she graduated from the University of Victoria in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Dr. Ingram has a special interest in women’s health, specifically perimenopause and menopause, as well as sleep and energy issues, anxiety, depression, and digestive concerns.
Dr. Ingram uses homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle counselling to address her clients’ concerns. She emphasizes classical homeopathy in her practice, having completed extra advanced study in classical homeopathic prescribing and theory with Dr. Joe Kellerstein and Dr. Andre Saine. She also has a special interest in mind-body medicine, and practices foot reflexology.
Dr. Ingram believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that balance, in all aspects of life, is one of the keys to optimal health. Dr. Ingram has been with Balance Natural Health Clinic since it’s opening in 2009, where she is proud to work alongside a compassionate group of like-minded professionals.
