About Keshia Kamphuis

Dr. Keshia Kamphuis started her education at the University of Alberta, and later received a BSc. with High Honours in Physiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She went on to complete her medical training in 2012 at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Keshia is in good standing with the College of Naturopthic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA), and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings as a naturopathic doctor and labour doula including busy integrative medicine clinics, overseas community clinics, alongside midwives & in her own private practice. Her diverse practice background has served to build a strong repertoire of skills + treatments, and a comfort treating a variety of conditions.

Her personal interest in women's health has lead her to get further clinical training in preconception, fertility & prenatal care. Most recently, she is working on launching an online educational resource to help couples get ready for pregnancy and problem-solve issues before pregnancy.

In her free time, you'll find her taken up with a creative project - painting, crafting, scrap booking and more. She also loves jogging, hiking, camping and board game night. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Red Deer, Alberta.

My purpose as a naturopathic doctor is to get to the bottom of why you feel the way you do. This means asking the right questions, and putting it all together to understand what is causing your concerns.
