About Kendra Flock
Dr. Kendra believes that when we are healthy, we can live our life’s purpose with intention, energy, and joy.
Throughout university Dr. Kendra struggled with energy levels and digestive issues. She thought this was a normal way of feeling, and persisted through her studies, and varsity soccer career. It wasn’t until Dr. Kendra worked with a Naturopathic Doctor, that her health was turned around.
With guidance from an ND, she found herself having more energy than she had ever felt, resolved gut issues, and felt stronger on the soccer field. Knowing at a young age that her calling was to help people in some capacity, she was inspired and drawn into a career in Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kendra completed a Bachelor of Arts in Health Education from the University of Victoria while playing varsity soccer, and received her Naturopathic Medicine Diploma from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver.
Her passion for the human body and health optimization developed during her years playing competitive soccer on a global level. Dr. Kendra played professional soccer in North America, Europe, and was a proud member of the Canadian Women’s National Soccer team.
In her free time, Dr. Kendra enjoys getting out to the mountains with her husband and friends, biking the Calgary trails, walking her adorable cavapoo, Jasper, and occasionally kicking a soccer ball around.
