About Kathleen Fyffe
Kathleen graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto in 2009. Previous to this she has had a varied career in Diagnostic Imaging first in Radiography and then Ultrasound. She has worked in the Radiology Departments at the Pasqua and Regina General Hospitals, the Screening Program for Breast Cancer, and the Fetal Assessment Unit. During this time she also trained in reflexology and earned her First and Second Degree Reiki.
She has attended the University of Regina in the areas of psychology and biochemistry before applying to the College of Naturopathic Medicine. While in Toronto, she sought out experts in their field working with Dr. Robert Shackleton, a chiropractor, naturopath and applied kinesiologist advancing her skills in custom fit orthotics and muscle balancing for the relief of pain and structural dysfunctions. She has attended seminars in Mind/Body Medicine given by Dr. Paul Epstein whose approach is to transform illness into awareness and a self-healing journey. She has also taken Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. This in association with reducing the barriers to health by addressing nutrition and fitness will help many retain a youthful appearance and maintain physical mobility as we grow older.
