About Judith Ancheta
Dr. Judith Ancheta is a Naturopathic Doctor who received an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in Hamilton and then completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. It has been her joy to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor since 2011 with a focus on the provision of compassionate, patient-centred health care. She has a special interest in providing support for family medicine and chronic disease management particularly in women's health and pediatric care, men's health, pain management, cardiovascular health, kidney health and anti-aging medicine. She has a vociferous commitment to staying abreast of new research and therapies that may benefit patients and utilizes a combination of clinical nutritional counselling and supplementation, botanical/herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, homeopathic medicine, lifestyle counselling, intramuscular vitamin injections and comprehensive laboratory testing. Dr. Ancheta is an Integrative Healthcare Practitioners Publication peer review board member, assessing alternative and complementary medicine manuscripts, the latest advancements in complementary medicine clinical research, treatment strategies and safety considerations. She is the recipient of the April 2014 Business Person of Character Award from the Character Community Foundation of York Region. Dr. Ancheta is an active registrant with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy Naturopathy, and has professional memberships with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
