About Jonas LaForge
Possessing more than a decade of medical training and experience, Dr. Jonas LaForge currently provides naturopathic medical services including anti-aging and aesthetic treatments to a variety of clinics throughout British Columbia. Dr. LaForge has also functioned as the Ring Doctor for the British Columbia Amateur Boxing Association since 2006 and was the team doctor for the Surrey Eagles Jr. A hockey team in 2014/2015.
Prior to his current positions, Dr. Jonas LaForge acted as the Director of Medical and Technical Sales with JVita CosMedic Group. The position provided Dr. LaForge with insight into new facets of the medical business, such as project management, human resources development, and sales strategies. He gained firsthand medical experience as a Naturopathic Physician with Langley Naturopathic Clinic for several years and spent time as a medical consultant at Avyonce Cosmetic Spa.
Dr. Jonas LaForge laid the foundation for his career at Trinity Western University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. After studying at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, he matriculated at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. Upon earning his Doctor of Naturopathy, Dr. LaForge augmented his studies with advanced training in acupuncture and aesthetic laser techniques. A well-versed medical professional, Dr. Jonas LaForge has taken many additional courses in areas such as chelation therapy, cosmetic acupuncture, and both aesthetic injectables and lasers. He actively participates with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the British Columbia Naturopathic Association, and the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia.
