About Jennifer Schmidt-White
I've enjoyed over 11 years of post-secondary education, and have loved (almost) every bit of it. I've always had a curiosity for how the body works, heals, and why the body expresses dysfunction. I pursued a BA in psychology, RMT diploma, and pre-med sciences, and Naturopathic Medicine to help me discover answers. The truth? More questions than answers, (and so I keep digging).
It's my curiosity about health, how we age, and why we fall into disease or dysfunction that motivates me to work with you. I enjoy the puzzle. I enjoy that we are not all textbook examples of health. I enjoy looking at new research and valid evidence that can help you feel better. I want to know why your body is doing what it's doing.
My practice focuses on women's health and wellness, healthy aging for women (brain, skin, hormones, genes...feeling good inside and out), and optimizing fertility and hormone function. I work with people, within realistic parameters, (not everyone is willing to change their lives drastically on their first visit).
