About Jason Lee
Doctor as Teacher
Jason Lee is a Naturopathic Doctor, biological terrain instructor, certified Iridologist and registered holistic allergist. He is clinical director for innermedica in Oakville, Ontario. In addition to running a busy practice, Jason has lectured nationally and internationally to health professionals on various health topics and has appeared on numerous television and radio programs as an expert on natural medicine. Jason has also keynoted many conferences as a motivational speaker. Through speaking engagements and informative patient interaction, Jason empowers his patients with knowledge so they can discover their inner energy to achieve optimal health.
Special Achievement
Jason graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor [ND]. Upon graduation, Jason received the prestigious Dr. Shimon Levytam Award for his exceptional clinical and academic performance as well as the Naturopathic Honour for Student Leadership and Achievement. Jason was also honoured by his peers, when he was selected as the 2003 class valedictorian. Jason completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University in Honours Biology, where he was the recipient of the President’s Award for his initiatives in education and research as well as the Honour M, which is McMaster’s most prestigious award for student leadership and community service. Jason was also the class valedictorian for McMaster University’s graduating science class of 1999.
Keynote Speaker
Jason is a keynote speaker for the Functional Medicine Clinical Series and the Institute of Natural Health Technologies which educates medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors and other health care professionals about relevant health topics and cutting edge research in the field of natural medicine. Jason was past lecturer at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine providing courses on biochemistry, physiology and nature cure. Jason currently sits on the board of BLAST (balanced living active sport training) a not for profit youth leadership organization that empowers Canadian youth on topics such as nutrition and physical activity.
Integrated Approach
Jason has adopted an integrated approach for his naturopathic practice by incorporating a wide variety of treatment modalities such as nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy, biotherapeutic drainage, botanical medicine and neuromuscular re-education technique. While he enjoys all aspects of family healthcare, Jason has a special interest in allergy sensitivity removal, hormone disorders, fibromyalgia, cardiovascular health, weight management, digestive disorders, skin and autoimmune conditions. His patient base includes elite athletes, chronically ill patients, children and patients looking to get the most out of life.
