About Jasmine Bray-Mak
As a board-licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Jasmine takes a holistic approach to medicine and provides personalized healthcare that is research-driven and naturally-focused.
Dr.Jasmine first developed a passion for naturopathic medicine as a young teen. She practiced figure skating competitively, and was always conscious of the impact her diet, environment and mental health had on her physical ability to perform. For years she researched natural approaches that would help her meet her health and athletic goals. As Dr.Jasmine eventually moved toward a career, it was clear that a path as a naturopathic doctor was her calling.
Along with receiving her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario, Dr.Jasmine has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg. She believes that with education and understanding, we are able to make the best informed choices about our health and that with the right support, our body can innately heal itself.
