About Dylan Coombs
My approach as a healthcare provider is to work as a partner, investigating all the factors that stand between you and your health goals. My aim is to find realistic approaches to change, so patients are empowered to grow and achieve their own image of health. I have experience treating a wide range of primary complaints, including high blood pressure and diabetes; stress, anxiety and depression; hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms; insomnia; fatigue; and pain. I see naturopathic medicine as an adjunct to standard medical care, complementing conventional treatments, and addressing gaps where patients haven't found improvement.
Before studying to be a naturopathic doctor, I completed my undergraduate degree as a Bachelor of Science, honours in Biological Sciences at the University of Guelph. This was followed by the four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). After graduation I continued my training at CCNM with an additional two-year program as a Clinical Resident, teaching students and supervising in the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.
