What’s My Thing?
I bring together your need to be healthy, with your want of becoming a better person, with your desire to make a difference. I work at the intersection of health and wellness, personal growth and social change.
My Philosophy?
Health is an art and science. It is the blend of our physicality and our psyche. It is what we do, why we do it and how we treat each other. In this way, health is not a right but a responsibility. It is up to each of us to define and shape a happy, healthy life. As we show up for this opportunity, more of our inherent gifts, strengths and humanity become apparent and we are available to help others do the same. These small changes register as evolutionary progress; healing, shifting and changing the cultural, societal and economic fabric in which we live.
My Approach?
I integrate my clinical and scientific education and my training in consciousness and behavioural sciences, with my extensive personal experience in yoga, meditation and subtle energy practices, to offer a new spectrum of systems, strategies and practices to help people integrate the physical aspects of their health with the psychosocial spiritual components of their lives.
