About David Miller
Dr. Miller completed his honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo with Excellent Standing. This was followed by completing the 4 year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON in 2009. Dr. Miller’s clinical placements were completed in Toronto at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and the Sherbourne Health Centre, where he provided complementary care for those with HIV/AIDS.
Dr. Miller practices medicine where art meets science; he is a peer reviewer for the magazine Integrated Healthcare Practitioner, has acted as a teaching assistant at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and an instructor at D’Arcy Lane Institute School of Massage Therapy. His 1.5 years experience in the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Natural Health Product (NHP) submissions to Health Canada has kept him on the cutting edge of research in natural medicines.
Dr. Miller has furthered his training in homeopathy, sports medicine acupuncture, esoteric acupuncture, and cupping therapy. He is also the President of Intelligent Medicinals, a company he founded after discovering a homeopathic treatment for cold sores.
Dr. Miller is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
