About Crystal Chanderbhan
During my childhood I was constantly faced with the frustration of unresolved illnesses. Having exhausted all avenues, I took it upon myself to research alternative solutions. This led me down the path of changing my diet and learning about old home remedies from my mother and grandmother. These modifications led to an overall improvement in my immune system and fundamentally changed how I looked at healthcare.
During my first year at UofT, I discovered naturopathic medicine and was surprised to learn that I could be a part of a medical profession that was focused on health promotion and disease prevention, instead of disease management.
Fast forward to the present day, where I am consistently intrigued by the intricate workings of the human body and the impact that naturopathic medicine has on the lives of my patients. Helping others achieve their optimal health is one of my passions in life!
