About Ciera Fox
Dr. Ciera Fox is a primary care practitioner who provides a custom and individualized approach to healing and optimal health. Dr. Fox’s primary goal as a naturopathic doctor is ensuring that her patient’s voice is heard so that their health concerns can be truly understood and addressed accordingly.
Dr. Ciera Fox graduated on the Dean’s list, with honours, from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. She then completed four years of medical training at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, graduating in 2018. Since becoming a naturopathic physician Dr. Fox has become a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the British Columbia Naturopathic Association, and the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia. In 2017 she also became licensed to prescribe pharmaceutical medications in British
Columbia.
One year prior to starting her 8-year academic journey towards become a naturopathic doctor, she became a mom to her now 10-year old daughter. In their spare time they can be found playing at the river or the many lakes and mountains surrounding Chilliwack.
Dr. Fox has lived in Chilliwack for nearly 30 years. Throughout that time, she has developed a strong passion towards the promotion of living a lifestyle that focuses on prevention as a way of achieving longevity and optimal health. She believes that the key to living preventatively is through making meaningful connections with others and ourselves, getting our bodies moving, eating whole foods, and getting outside and playing. At times simple concepts like these can become challenging considering the stress and obstacles we face in our daily lives. It is Dr. Fox’s goal to help simplify health, wellness and prevention for not only her patients, but for the broader community of Chilliwack as well.
