About Christine Cho
Dr. Christine Cho ND completed her naturopathic medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) after graduating from the University of Toronto. She comes from a background of elite athletics and played basketball professionally for 3 years (Switzerland, South Korea). After connecting her nutrition status to her performance both on and off the court, she began seeking alternatives and adjunct therapies to conventional sports medicine, pain management, and healthcare in general.
Christine treats individuals with a variety of conditions in her private practice, including digestive issues, weight management, hormone-related concerns, stress-related illness, and pain management.
Christine has also developed group and individual healthy living and weight management programs that she offers to her patients as well as to corporations/ businesses. In her practice, Christine utilizes a combination of nutrition and lifestyle modification, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and nutritional supplementation as key components of her treatment protocols. She has also completed certifications in pharmaceutical therapeutics and intravenous (IV) therapy.
Christine currently practices in the Yonge and Sheppard area of Toronto as well as in Vaughan. In her Toronto clinic, the Toronto Specialty Rapid Access Clinic, she works alongside other medical specialists (orthopedic surgeon, physiatrist, internist). At The Pain & Wellness Centre in Vaughan, Christine is a member of an integrative medicine team that includes medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, and holistic nutritionists.
She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She enjoys speaking to groups about various health topics and is available for presentations, lunch and learns, and on-site group health programs.
