About Carolyn Sterchi
Carolyn was fortunate to be raised in a family that values health and nutrition. From a young age she was taught to respect and care for her body and to enjoy the nutritional value of bunny food and birdseed long before it was fashionable.
A genuine interest in people led her to study psychology at Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario. With these influences it was only natural that she would choose a career that reflected what she values most – people, health and education. Personal and family health experiences led her to choose a career in naturopathic medicine specifically.
Carolyn is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Professionally, Carolyn is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is pleased to represent Nova Scotia on the Canadian Naturopathic Coordinating Council.
From the love for her nephews and nieces to the special role her grandmas played in her life, Carolyn has a warmth for treating patients of all ages. She will take the time to listen to you and to formulate a manageable plan for a healthier you, regardless of your starting point.
