About Carolyn Gonzales
My patients call me Dr. Carolyn. I am a board certified, licensed naturopathic doctor, foodie, community educator and women’s health enthusiast dedicated to helping you become the healthiest version of YOU. Patients see me either in my private practice in Hamilton, ON or I consult with patients all across Ontario via my virtual telemedicine practise. I have over 16 years of clinical experience supporting and helping women reach their health goals. Alongside building a robust women’s health centred practice, I have also joyously taught the Life Watchers healthy living course at Goodness Me Natural Food Market in the Hamilton community for over 10 years.
My passion is helping high achieving, mission driven women transform their mental, hormone, & gut health so they can feel their best and live their purpose.
