About Carla Cashin
In her naturopathic practice, Dr Carla Cashin blends conventional diagnostics with naturopathic treatments to provide an integrated approach to health care. Naturopathic treatments focus on establishing healthy routines, therapeutic diets, gut healing and hormone balance, as well as herbal medicine and nutrient supplementation.
Dr. Cashin provides care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. She particularly enjoys working with people to improve their hormonal health, addressing stress and burnout, thyroid function, menopause, menstrual irregularities, and fertility. She also helps resolve digestive concerns, allergies, and skin issues, and supports those dealing with more complex health concerns such as chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, and diabetes.
Dr Cashin is licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia and holds certification to prescribe pharmaceutical medication. In addition to her naturopathic medical practice, Dr Cashin has served as a clinical faculty member at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and as board member of the Family Naturopathic Clinic and the Eric Foundation. She is a professional member of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the British Columbia Naturopathic Association, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
