About Brigitte Cousineau
At the age of 20, skin problems lead me to seek lasting solutions. I will go to consult a Naturopath, Christian Limoges, a remarkable meeting which will change the course of my life and which will lead me to develop a real passion for health. In 2001, I obtained my diploma as a Naturopath and then I completed training in herbal medicine as well as training as a colon hygienist. For nearly 10 years, I had the privilege of working at my mentor's Naturopathic clinic.
My need to communicate, my capacities as a teacher and trainer and my great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and my personal experiences, lead me to set up various food workshops (vegetarian, raw) as well as several conferences on health . I also had the pleasure of participating in various TV and radio shows talking about food, such as Curieux Bégin.
