My story
From science to nature and the subtle worlds, for global health.
I opened up to naturopathy after scientific training in France, i.e. a Diploma of Advanced Studies in biochemistry followed by training as an engineer in the food industry.
I studied at the École d'Enseignement Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec, and I have been practicing since 2004. I offer private consultations, conferences related to health. I have to my credit nearly fifteen years of health advice in natural product stores and pharmacies.
I also taught at the Fleury-Rodet Natural Health Institute in Montreal.
Health problems (kidney stones) and deep malaise were the starting point of a personal journey in the early 90s. This led me to apprehend the subtle part of the human being, not only its psychological part and the world of emotions but also its spiritual part, very often at the origin of all our ills. "A healthy mind in a healthy body". This old saying never ceases to confirm its veracity!
A change of continent and life ensued. It not only allowed me to explore the balancing and therapeutic virtues of natural health through naturopathy, but also those of Native American rituals, a source of inspiration and personal growth. The reconnection to the very present surrounding nature participated in nourishing my earthly roots, while the non-ordinary reality, the non-visible took more and more place in my life.
After studying integral reflexology, I discovered “Egyptian-Essenian care” in 2008, an energetic approach to accompanying the being. A quite logical step, which led me to be part of the team of teachers in Quebec.
And learning in the school of life continues.
