About Aparna Taylor
Dr. Taylor became one of the first Canadian doctors (ND or MD) to complete the Physicians Training Program through the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS), a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to the diagnosis and appropriate treatment of Lyme and its associated diseases. In the years since, much of her practice is devoted to treating patients either misdiagnosed, mistreated or left untreated for these illnesses. Dr. Taylor continues to learn about how these and other illnesses can influence several systems of the body, destabilize the immune system, and complicate diagnosis and symptoms and has recently completed another ILADS Physicians Training in California. She has been invited to present at conferences and supported Lyme disease awareness campaigns including for the documentary Under Our Skin.
