My name is Dr. Annie Coughlin and I am a naturopathic doctor and a lover of all things fertility. Even after more than a decade of study, I am still in awe that we can create and sustain life. Conception itself depends on a series of carefully curated steps that the brilliant human body has to carry out ‘just-so’ in order create a child. It’s an intricate dance as old as time that many take for granted until it comes time to conceive.
Most of us don’t realize that the lifestyle choices we make or underlying health conditions we carry can not only affect the ability to conceive but also has the ability to affect your child’s future health experience.
