About Allison Ziegler
Allison is a graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Born and raised in Regina, Allison is excited to be practicing back at home. Prior to her studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), Allison completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Regina in Biology. She applies her passion of human biology and her scientific understanding in all treatments of patients, while investigating additional factors to ill health, as present in each individual case.
Allison has developed a particular interest in digestive health, chronic illness and anxiety and depression. Additionally, she is committed to helping her patients achieve their health goals and restoring balance through education, health promotion and prevention. Allison’s methods of treatment focus primarily on clinical nutrition including diet and nutritional supplementation, botanical/herbal medicine, lifestyle counseling and Asian medicine, including acupuncture.
