About Allison Creech
As a licensed naturopathic doctor with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, I offer my expertise in counseling and mind-body medicine as a part of my naturopathic consultations. I also utilize acupuncture, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, botanical medicine, and physical medicine within my practice. I am honored to be able to share my passion in a way that is of service to others.
In addition to private practice, I spend my time teaching naturopathic medical students at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I enjoy being on faculty at the college and helping new doctors gain confidence in naturopathic philosophy and principles. I am also a contributing author to a textbook on the Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine and occasionally write articles for professional magazines.
I believe that we can each take steps to optimize our health no matter where we are starting from and what we are working with. As such, my clinical interests range from wellness promotion to dealing with acute conditions to helping people manage chronic illness and difficult life transitions. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your life, there is a good chance that naturopathic medicine can offer you resources for greater balance and wellbeing. I help people to discover the underlying patterns that contribute to difficulties with sleep, energy, digestion, elimination, hormones, menses, stress, brain function, and mood.
I am a member of the APND (Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors) and have a special interest in working with women throughout pregnancy. I continue to do advanced training in homeopathy, women's health, consciousness work, and behavioral medicine.
I am committed to lifelong learning and a heart-centered approach to life. I enjoy yoga, plants, travel, the outdoors, live music, and generally feeling good!
