About Alexa Rauscher
Growing up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, I dreamed about becoming a medical doctor. However, while attending university, I experienced a life altering event which changed the course of her studies. I was in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in soft tissue damage. After several failed treatment attempts, I turned to alternative treatment options. It was during this time that I found my passion- Naturopathic Medicine.
After completing a Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg, I moved to Vancouver, BC to pursue Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM).
Specialties: My focus in my practice includes (but not limited to) nutrition and supplements, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, detoxification, and lifestyle coaching. I have additional training in injection therapy, intravenous nutritional therapy, neural therapy and drainage therapy.
My main interests are in women’s health, mental and emotional lifestyle counseling, digestive disorders and pediatric health.
